Estia - Apartment

Located on the first floor “Estia” is 80m2 big and perfectly suitable for 3-4 students.

Estia consists of three separate rooms, namely “Leto”, “Agis” and “Achilles”.

With regards to the two sequent rooms (Leto & Agis), these can be separated with glass door. The glass door is covered with a curtain in a way so that light cannot enter from one room to the other. Most importantly, the two rooms can be entered independently from the corridor and the hallway respectively.

Leto - Room

Leto is the room in the middle and is 17m2 big. It is placed next to Achilles and has access to a private balcony.

Agis - Room

Agis is the room at the rear side of the flat and is 14m2 big. It has a small window and is sequent to the Leto room.

Achilles - Room

Achilles is the room on the left side and is 16m2 big. There is a wide window overlooking the main street and the inner door opens to the corridor.

Other Areas of the Apartment

Through the corridor we enter a furnished hallway through which there is independent access to the above mentioned rooms and to a modern kitchen and bathroom.
